This workshop will help you pause, examine what is happening within you and what is showing up in the work, and clarify what is truly yours to build in this season.
What Is the Alignment Workshop?
The ElevEn™ Alignment Workshop is a guided faith-and-work experience designed to help you reconnect with God, recognize where alignment is needed, and clarify what faithful stewardship requires now.
Through the SPEAR-to-BUILD Alignment Map, you will examine the builder and the work together. You will connect what is happening within you to how you lead, decide, establish priorities, manage capacity, and respond to strain.
You will leave with one clear Anchor Action to guide how you move forward over the next 90 days.
This is not about doing more.
It is about building what is yours with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.
