The Story Behind ElevEn™

ElevEn™ was not born from theory. It was shaped through Jo Deans’ 30+ year career helping federal contracting businesses grow, lead through complexity, and build with strategy, structure, and purpose.

Throughout her career, Jo used many of the same principles now found in ElevEn™ to support companies through growth and expansion, including helping one company grow from about $3 million to over $100 million in approximately five years. That success did not come from copying someone else’s model. It came from understanding the assignment, discerning the season, keeping faith connected to the work, and operating in alignment with how God had uniquely designed her to lead and build.

Long before ElevEn™ had a name, Jo was living its principles. She learned that when builders understand how they are wired, they can stop forcing someone else’s model and begin building from a place of clarity, confidence, and effectiveness. At the center of ElevEn™ is the ElevEn Discovery Tool™, which helps builders recognize how they are designed to build and take aligned action in the season they are in.

Today, Jo shares ElevEn™ through speaking, teaching, and guided experiences so entrepreneurs, leaders, professionals, ministry leaders, and purpose-driven builders can gain clarity, move with confidence, and build what God has placed in their hands.
